Service Appointment

You will be contacted by a member of our customer service team or by your personal professional service technician to secure your service appointment day and time. Aflak Home Services has flexible scheduling that goes beyond regular business hours! We understand that you have a busy life and do not have time to wait for hours for your technician to arrive. Your appointment time will be an exact time (not a window of time) and you will be contacted by your professional technician if they will be early or late. You can cancel your appointment without a cancellation fees as long as the service technician is not on their way to your home. We even have evening and weekend appointments available for your convenience and at no extra charge!

Assembly and Installation

Before the project begins, your technician will read all information and assembly directions regarding your product to ensure proper and safe installation. You will be contacted by the professional service technician or by customer service to set up your service appointment and also to confirm your product or service information. It is important for the professional service technician to have the correct product information before the service appointment so they will have the right tools for the job when they arrive to your home. Our customer service team will most likely ask for the link to your specific product, so it is always a good idea to save that information and have it on hand.

Payment

Upon completion of the service, your professional service technician will hand you a mobile device and ask you to sign that the service was completed. You will not be charged until you sign the document stating that the professional service technician has completed your order and you are satisfied with the service. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please contact a member of our customer service team and we will try to make it right!

Receipt and Ratings

After you sign the work order completion, you will receive an email containing your receipt of payment and a link to rate your professional service technician’s skills and professionalism. You are not required to rate your technician but it does help Aflak Home Services maintain the best crew possible!
